Michael Carson, MD

Dr. Carson obtained his BA from Lafayette College, went to medical school at Temple, completed his Internal Medicine residency at Brown, and continued there for a fellowship in Obstetric and Consultative Medicine.

Dr. Carson obtained his BA from Lafayette College, then went to medical school at Temple University. He completed his Internal Medicine residency at Brown University. He is board certified in Internal Medicine. Dr. Carson continued at Brown U. for a fellowship in Obstetric and Consultative Medicine. He is Clinical Assistant Professor in the Department of Medicine and Clinical Associate Professor in the Department of OB/GYN at Robert Wood Johnson Medical School. Dr. Carson is Director of Research of the Obstetric Medicine Service at Jersey Shore UMC in Neptune, NJ. Not only is he a reviewer for the Annals of Internal Medicine, Women's Health and Obstetric Medicine, but is published and a leader in educating internists about caring for medical disorders in pregnancy. Dr. Carson KNOWS us OB/GYNS well and is the perfect guy to torture us with primary care and medical complications of pregnancy. His humor is like that spoonful of sugar that helps that medicine go down.
