However, she's not your run of the mill board certified internist. She's an internist that runs the Obstetric Medicine Clinic at Women & Infants Hospital of Rhode Island. Thus when the MFMs get stuck, they refer to Dr. Miller. Consequently, she has the perfect perspective to give the primary care lectures.

You will quickly develop a love/hate relationship with her. You will hate the heavy emphasis on primary care on your exam. Hey, don't shoot the messenger. Once you accept the fact that you simply have to know the stuff, you will love her. She knows how to teach internal medicine to OB/GYNs. After your test, you'll say "WOW--thank you Dr. Miller!"
