ABOG Oral Exam LectureClick to Show/Hide Lecture Description

It would be "good for you" even if you're taking your written exam to see what's down the pipe. We will review the content and the format of the exam. You really don't want to be blindsided walking into this test. Forewarned is forearmed.

The Oral Exam Pearls and Perils pertains to anyone taking an oral exam. Again it's virtually mandatory for anyone taking their ABOG or AOBOG oral board exam. The American medical school and residency training program are weak in providing oral exam practice. Thus few are skilled with the tricks and nuances of oral exams. These are tried and true pearls and perils of exam conduct. Learn from others' mistakes. What's that old adage, "trick me once, shame on you; trick me twice, shame on me"? Again for those of you taking your written exam, a half hour of additional lecture will save you hours of agony and speculation when you're now on the hot seat next year.
